the price quoted on the internet was 17.01, I was charged 17.10, I showed the person the confirmation email and he stated the website is wrong.
I was too hungry to argue over 10 cents, however upon some research I should have stood my ground and insisted they follow the Canadian Price guidelines and insist on 10.00 off.
the guideline is very clear that a discrepancy of an item under 10.00, the item is free, an item over 10.00 is an automatic 10.00 off.
it may seem small, but this place lost a customer over 10 cents.
I will not be back.

Food is good but delivery time appalling. The website told me 20 minutes and it didn’t come for 1hr and 10 minutes. When I called to complain the receptionist did nothing.

Tried to order for the first time in a year since they screwed up my last order badly, their online ordering system does not notify you if they can't process your order. Anyways after waiting for an hour then calling to check the status, they tell me they don't have the ingredients to make my order and that if I placed a new order it would be another hour. That's a bad deal when you got hungry kids. Asked to speak to the manager and she was out for a bit....strange people never again

The fact that we live a block away and have to pay 3.50 for delivery. And then expect a tip is ridiculous.
