Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious, delivered promptly and the customer service was absolutely excellent. Made UK pizza places we are used to back home look like utter garbage!
My only complaint is that when ordering online, it was not obvious that we wouldn't be paying through the website, so I selected card payment expecting to pay online and not have to deal with payment at the door (we are training a reactive dog who is problematic when people are at the door), only to realise after opting to pay the extra card fee that we'd be paying the delivery driver in person anyway and there didn't seem to be a way to change the payment message after submitting the order.
At least we know now for next time, because we'll definitely be ordering again!
