Didn’t enjoy the thin crust and felt like the sausage balls were pet food or fish pellets. Would not order again.

Not satisfied with my latest online order. The quality of product has continued to deteriorate over the last year. In short, our pizza was not made made as ordered, we were charged for products (dips) that were not in stock and we were not told of, or offered a substitute or refund. When I inquired about the errors via phone, I was told that the missing items would be delivered. Unfortunately, we are still waiting. Going forward I will be exploring other options for pizza in West Kelowna.

I'm always happy with my pizza from there... the greasy handprint on top of my wings was a turn off though...lol
Overall great food.and great service

Well the VEG Pizza was suppose to be on thin crust and it wasn't as well it didn't have any Feta cheese and the crust on both were burnt
