The staff at the Vernon (Westside Road) location are always pleasant and helpful, and it’s clear they work hard. My issue is the website that always shows a 15-20 minute ETA for pizza until you place your order, then the ETA is confirmed at 45-60+ minutes. It happens every time, even for small orders (1 or two standard pizzas). I understand pizzas take longer during peak periods, but don’t mislead people, and give a realistic ETA when people arrive at the website to place an order so they can decide if they want to wait.
