Requested both pizzas to have thin crust….both were thick. I hate thick crust!

Ordered 2 pizzas for pick up. Went to pick up the pizzas and they were out for delivery. Guy had gone to my old address which I hadn’t lived at for a year. When the delivery guy finally returned to the store with my pizza they gave me a discount which was great but when I got home my pizzas were cold and undercooked.
